Owner is semi-retired academic, seeking student or other academic. $1290/month includes all utilities, fast speed wifi and once a month housekeeping. Pay first month through the website to secure your booking, then in person security deposit of $1,500 upon arrival and subsequent months on the 1st of each month. The first month payment does not include the website booking fees. No other rental fees. A phone/skype conversation with the owner prior to securing booking is required. The room is furnished and has independent entrance. Full size bed, small closet, small chest of drawers, side lamps, small table and chair, shelves. No additional large furniture allowed. Tenant can bring NEW mattress. Otherwise mattress is provided. Bathroom partially shared and w/ washing machine for use by both owner and tenant. Shared use of fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large table in kitchen can also be used to study. All utilities and optic fiber wifi included. Once a month housekeeping included. I also provide cleaning supplies for regular house cleaning. Dishes, cookware, silverware also provided. If needed I can provide towels as well. Please do bring your own sheets. A small dog and a cat live in the apartment. Not suited for people who have allergies or do not like pets. Current and prior tenants happy to provide personal reference.
