Enjoy your getaway at Loring. Ideally located directly between First and Second Beach (Just under 1 mile to each although a lot less than that to Second if you can find the secret path). Just a 5 minute cab or uber ride to downtown Newport. Quiet, end of cul de sac location makes you feel secluded, despite being in close proximity to everything you need. Easy walk to Middletown surf shops and restaurants. Spacious, two-level deck perfect for grilling and entertaining. Large, well maintained backyard, complete with sitting area and water feature. This place is all about the outdoor space, and you'll have a hard time finding a better one. The pictures do not do it justice. Surfboards/bike/Stand up Paddle boards available upon request.
Sonos equipped sound system (both inside and out) ensures your favorite song will always be just one IPhone click away, no matter where you are on the property. Two outdoor fire pits make it easy to keep the fun going after the sun goes down (even in the winter months!)
The bright, spacious interior has been recently renovated and furnished, with additional photos available upon request. Lots of natural light throughout the day. Brand new 60" curved screen HDTV, and a large sectional sofa with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax.
Three full bedrooms and a finished basement means everyone has a little space to themselves when they need it. More photos available upon request but a description of the bedrooms is as follows:

First guest room - double bed
Second guest room - twin bed
Basement- Trundle daybed with two twin mattresses. Large sectional couch as well.
