HOA requires consent for Criminal Check and Credit Check. A $150.00 fee is payable directly to the HOA by cheque.

Linens, towels, and some toiletries provided - just bring your suitcase. Heated Pool!
Flexible medium-term lease: 3 months to 6 months with an option to extend as needed up to 9 months. Full calendar months only to qualify for discounted rates. Not available for a yearly lease. No smoking of any kind please and no pets as per HOA
Credit check, references, and a security deposit equal to the monthly rent required. $1950.00 ALL INCLUSIVE (water/sewer, electricity, HS Internet included) per calendar month for stays between April and October. Possibility of discounted rate - conditions apply. $150 HOA application fee, $150 one-time cleaning fee)
DISCOUNTED monthly rate for December, January, February, and March is $2500.00 USD plus all applicable fees.
