DURING THIS TIME AS THE CONTRACTORS INSPECTS THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT BALCANIES THEY WILL DETERMINE IF A UNIT BALCANY NEEDS WORK. IF THEY DETERMINE THE UNIT REQUIRES REPAIRS THEN THE BALCANY WILL BE UNAVAILABLE TO USE DURING THAT REPAIR TIME.
IF OUR UNIT BALCANY BECOMES UNAVAILABLE TO USE, WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE A DISCOUNT OFF OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE TIME PERIOD OUT OF SERVICE.
