5 Bedroom House in Newport East, Middletown
This beautiful three story, five bedroom, four bathroom house was built in 2010 so everything is relatively new! We recently added new mattresses and couches to add to your comfort. Perfect for wedding, graduation, and family weekends. The house can sleep 10 adults in 7 different beds (4 Queens, 3 Kings) with additional space for children. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, perfect for grandparents or people who have trouble with stairs. Ground floor Bedroom has direct access to full bathroom with walk in shower (no tub to step over.) One of the second floor bedrooms has a **full crib** ! As well as a 4Moms Pack n Play in the hall closet next to the laundry room. (No need to over pack the car, just bring a crib sheet!) There is a full bathroom on each of the three floors, two on the middle floor with closets for toiletry storage and bath towels provided. The layout of the ground floor is wide open and great for family get togethers and vacation entertaining. The cabinet under the kitchen sink is child-proofed as well as the door to the basement. The stove also has covers on the knobs for additional child-proofing. The kitchen has a pantry for food & beverage storage, a Keurig coffee maker as well as a Coffee Marker with pot. Plenty of pots, pans, sheet pans and cooking utensils. Toaster, Cuisinart Food Processor, roasting rack and hand mixer. Fully stocked to celebrate and host a holiday! Plenty of coffee mugs, full dish set, glasses, wine glasses and a few champagne flutes. We have a Poland Springs water cooler with additional 5 gallon replacements in the garage. There is one 50" television on the ground floor and one 50" television in the primary bedroom (2nd floor). The primary has a balcony with Ocean Views as well as a full walk in closet. 2 sets of washer and dryers are available for use, one on the second floor and an additional in the basement There is also an open outdoor shower for use after the beach. Great deck in back of the house with table, many chairs, bench, outdoor living room, Weber Grill and Ocean Views which makes you never want to leave the house. Recently, the basement was finished. A great open space for kids to run around in. There are 2 big chairs and another 50" tv. Great for movie night with the kids. Popcorn buckets as well!
