Family-Owned & Licensed: Our cozy unit is part of a duplex complex in Koreatown--it is private, secure, & includes 1 gated parking space. It boasts many windows, hardwood floors, natural light & lush plants. We take extra care to deep clean + sanitize between visits. Guests always mention our hospitality, the personal touches, & all the neighborhood recs we provide. Our home is ideal for short stays & business trips. The space
Inspired by our world travels, our Vrbo has been thoughtfully designed to help bring guests a little zen. Every single piece in the home has been carefully curated to bring the same feelings of peace, simplicity, and fulfillment we've experienced while traveling.
No one resides in the home on a regular basis. We created this space for the exclusive use of our Vrbo guests. A delightful and fully-equipped *mini kitchen* and cozy living space share one room. Meanwhile, the master bedroom and bathroom have been minimally, but tastefully decorated with many natural/earthy materials to help provide rest and relaxation. Guests really enjoy the cozy bedding + overall atmosphere.
Our home is great for those in LA on business who may need a place to retreat and re-energize after a long day of meetings, socials and dinners. Tourists and solo travelers who are in LA for a REAL taste of the city and want a restful comfortable place to come home to after a long adventurous day. Or couples on holiday who just want to enjoy the city by day, cozy up at night, and sleep-in in the morning.

Please keep in mind that Koreatown is a diverse urban neighborhood in sprawling Los Angeles. And as a gentle reminder, you’ll be staying in a loving home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

Our unit is part of a duplex complex meaning walls are shared with the neighbors. Our sweet neighbors are very polite, quiet + respectful but because it’s a duplex, you may occasionally hear them next door.
Our *mini kitchen* is great for light/on-the-go meals. It’s equipped with a sink, mini fridge, induction stovetop, tea kettle, french press, 1 pot, 1 pan and all other basic kitchen supplies. We do not have a microwave, but we do provide complimentary filtered water, coffee, tea, honey, snacks, and oatmeal.
ONE parking space is available for COMPACT cars (ie: Toyota Corolla/Prius, etc.). Message us BEFORE booking if you have a larger vehicle.
We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 guests. For security and liability reasons, only REGISTERED Vrbo guests are allowed in our home, we ask that you DO NOT bring in any additional visitors. $300 penalty fees enforced AND booking is subject to cancellation without refund
Guest access
This listing is for your own private living quarters. During your stay, you will enjoy complete privacy as no one will enter your space, but please keep in mind this is part of a duplex complex. A wall, driveway and front porch are shared.
You're free to use anything in the home and will have access to ROKU streaming device, WIFI, an entire dresser, a closet + hangers, and all basic amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion) are provided for you.
**PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: due to booking turnover, early check-ins/late check-outs/luggage storage, etc. cannot be accommodated. If you have an early flight in/late flight out, we recommend looking into storage lockers in the area. Thank you in advance for understanding**
Other things to note
PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE:
- making a last minute booking (24 hours or less) to ensure we are able to accommodate you. Our standard cut off time is noon the day before arrival. Instant bookings with less than 24 hour notice are subject to cancellation
**BOOKINGS EXCEEDING 5 nights:
- we will need to access the space at least 1x halfway through your stay to care for our plants.
-subject to additional cleaning fee
-no on-site laundry available but we can recommend a great nearby Fluff & Fold service if needed
**PLEASE BE MINDFUL of your belongings and double check you have everything before leaving. Items left behind can be shipped to you for an automatic $40 fee + guests are responsible for all incurred shipping/insurance costs.
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: Due to booking turnover, our cleaning crew needs to be able to access the space promptly after 11AM. We ask guests to be mindful of the checkout time + checkout procedure. There is a $50 charge per 1/2 hour (or fraction thereof) when late in checking out.
Please DO NOT use our address to receive any mail or packages. There are Amazon lockers/UPS/FED EX/USPS locations in the area you can use for this service.
A small loving maltipoo, Cali, lives next door. She is super sweet and you may encounter her at some point, but she becomes very territorial and anxious around other dogs/pets. For this reason, we cannot accommodate any guests with pets/pups/service animals. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
