Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Clean, comfortable and well equipped self-contained, little studio. Perfect for my needs, in a beautiful area with brown stone buildings, conveniently located by public transport and by Newbury Street and other less mentioned places such as the Boston public library and Trinity Church. The staff were super helpful and accommodating when you needed help, otherwise you were just left alone to come and go as you pleased. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for a few hours after checking out which allowed me to do some last minute sight seeing and shopping. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Copley House and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Negative: It can get a little warm in the room at night but as it was so cold it snowed during my visit, I personally welcomed the warmth after returning from being out all day. Otherwise, just speak to staff and I'm sure they will offer a solution.
