An eclectic, rustic, mountain community with mostly full time residents, Summit Park is one of the few neighborhoods in Park City offering a true alpine lifestyle, with mature evergreen trees, trails and abundant wildlife. Summit Park has transformed into a community of year-round homeowners who enjoy the seclusion many of the heavily treed, hillside lots provide. With close proximity to Interstate 80, the area provides a simple commute to Salt Lake, while also convenient to Woodward Park City, Weilemann School of Discovery, Canyons Village, Quarry Village and Kimball Junction. Summit Park includes some of the most affordable properties in the Park City School District, making it popular for families.

- A refundable credit card hold of $250 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
