There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2 level. The basement level includes a 2nd full living area with a full kitchen, 2 more bedrooms, an additional queen sleeper sofa and a 2nd laundry room. Perfect for large groups or 2 families looking to be close but still have separate living space. The Basement has a separate private entry for many different use options.
Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and No 3. Taphouse to name a few.
