The perfect getaway to relax in, catch a gorgeous sunset from the back deck and take a walk down to the shoreline.

***An art studio will be constructed Sept/Oct. 2021 on the lower, right hand side of the property. It is not a rental, it will be for family use. (Photos will be added ASAP)
The home is conveniently located off of route 24. Take a walk across the street and get ice cream at Helger's Ice Cream Stand or some spirits at the package store. There's also a yoga studio and seasonal french eatery. Evelyn's Drive In serves fried clams, clam cakes, chowder and lots of other summertime favorites. The Black Goose is just a short trip down the road where you can grab breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. You also will find a convenience store and Grinnell's Beach, a lovely small town beach. Head south and you'll arrive at Pardon Gray where you can hike a trail connecting to Weetamoo Woods! A little further down the road is Tiverton Four Corners. There you will enjoy walking around and exploring art galleries, shops and antiques. Gray's Ice Cream and Four Corners Grille are great places to grab a bite! Continue south and you'll come to Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyards. The road will take you into Little Compton and along the farm coast. Beautiful views and a lovely ride! You might want to spend the day at South Shore Beach!
