You will enjoy your vacation staying at this lovely home in the desired community of The Grande at Canal Pointe which is less than 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and the ocean! There are wonderful community amenities such as a pool, exercise room, basketball & tennis courts, as well as a playground. You will want to host a BBQ out on the expansive paver patio where you can grill and enjoy each other's company at the outdoor dining table while watching the kids travelling with you playing in the great yard!
This home is all one level which offers the ease of bringing everyone on the beach vacation! You will find an open concept kitchen & living area , another TV Den with a double sleep sofa , 3 other bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths! Each TV is equipped with multiple streaming apps for entertainment & you can also spend time together playing cards or board games available as well.
You will be a short drive to outlet shopping , many wonderful restaurants and can jump on a bike or run the Breakwater Junction Trail!
