THE COMMUNITY:
Our apartment community is called Casa Pasión and consists of for 4 private 1 bedroom, 1 bath units all with their own entrances and outdoor spaces. Our community has 2 short term rentals, 2 long term rentals, a large edible garden in the front, planter boxes with herbs and flowers in the common area, and is pet friendly. We allow 2 pets (cats or dogs) with an additional charge. There is also parking in the back through the alley.
What is special about our community is that it's in one of San Diego's oldest neighborhoods and it is the heart of it too. It is walking distance to the main streets on 25th St. and 28th St. with park access, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, and cafes. Golden Hill is also close to South Park, East Village, Gaslamp, Barrio Logan, North Park, Hillcrest and Balboa Park, Petco Ballpark (Go Padres!), Coronado. All wonderful places to visit.

*Starbucks off B St. and 28th St across from Golden Hill Liquor which has food trucks.
*7/11 off 25th St and Broadway across from the fire station
*Restaurants: Kingfisher, Pizzeria Luigi, Los Reyes Mexican Food, Humbertos Mexican Food, Turf Supper Club bar, Counterpoint, Kindred, Buona Forchetta, Harland Brewery (food, coffee, beer, seltzer!), Juan Jasper Kitchen and Wine.
*Golden Hill Park with cool views of San Diego, near the Balboa golf course. Great area to run, have a picnic, take your dog on a walk.
*Grape St. Dog Park (off leash) is also nearby you can walk to it on 28th St. towards Date St. and take the trail up to the park (cross the bridge) and make your way up to the park.
Guest Access:
Entrance to the apartment is through the alley. You will enter through the common area first and go through the Casita Violeta's patio gate.
