Fifteen minutes to Heavenly, the lake, or downtown shopping; twenty minutes to Stateline, the casinos, and Heavenly Village. Close to Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood ski resorts. Easy access off North Upper Truckee Road. Full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Sales Tax which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb.
