The main floor of the home features the open concept great room with the living/dining/kitchen areas. The living room features an oversized sectional sofa, gas fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen features up to the minute features, an island with a wine fridge, gas range and is loaded with all the supplies to whip up delicious meals. A 3-season screened porch with glass slides (in case of rain) has a sitting area for your morning coffee (or evening wine...) and leads out to the fenced in backyard with a gas grill and outdoor dining table for 8. A half bathroom and laundry cubby are tucked off the main living space. The primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sink vanity & oversized glass shower complete the main floor. The second floor opens up to an airy and spacious loft, with another smart TV and a pull out sleeper sofa. Two more bedrooms (one w/ a queen and one w/ 2 singles) plus another full bathroom are arranged around this gathering space. Central AC in the whole home will keep you comfortable on those balmy summer evenings.
As for location, it seriously over delivers... Falmouth Heights Beach is .8 miles, Bristol Beach is .9 miles, and Menahaunt Beach is 1.7 miles away. The beginning of Main Street Falmouth, with dozens of great dining and shopping options, is less than a half mile away, making evening restaurant decisions a dizzying feat of group negotiation. Feel like spending the day on Martha's Vineyard? Instead of dealing with the parking at the Woods Hole Ferry Terminal, just head over to the Island Queen Ferry to Oak Bluffs. It is down the street (you can walk! It is only half a mile)! Rent bikes at Holiday Cycles and ride over to the Shining Sea bikeway. There is so much to do in Falmouth!
