The house is a contemporary style home with 1800 sq. ft. of living space. Perfect walking distance or ride your bike to Oak Bluffs harbor and downtown, beaches and the lagoon (less than 1 mi).
First floor has open living room with a cozy gas fireplace, half bath, gourmet kitchen, and sunny dining room as well as a master en suite with King sized bed. Second floor, has two additional bedrooms both featuring their own bath, one queen and one with two twin beds. (Renters are responsible for linens and towels).
Outside there are two decks, a side deck for relaxing and sunbathing with some sangria and and back porch for grilling and outdoor dining, and an outdoor shower to boot. Laundry is on-site in the basement. Also, Bonus: There's air conditioning, a rarity amongst Vineyard homes!
