Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom apartment at the "Casa Marina" a 1921 home just 1 block from the Intracoastal and steps from amazing restaurants, shops and the Norton Museum of Art. Less than a mile from Downtown WPB, Kravis Center, Rosemary Square and the Convention Center. Don't forget about the beaches; just 15 min car ride away. This apartment is truly in one of the best locations to enjoy WPB. The Serenity Tea Garden is just steps away and a favorite among locals for many years.
The space
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1921 Historic home. You'll have a private rear access with door code and a door code for the apartment. There are only 3 apartments on site. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor picnic area for relaxing. A parking spot is also available in the driveway free of charge.
