Summary: Room on ground floor small and could use hooks or shelves in bathroom for toiletries and towels. Minor issue resolved promptly by staff. Staff friendly and helpful with info about the area. Included breakfast offered quiche and homemade coffee cake along with pancakes, French toast, yogurt,melon and more. Bananas and or apples would be a nice addition. Appreciate free parking and 24 hr coffee/tea. Would stay again in this quaint Newport ‘home’ walkable to wharfs, mansions and other points of interest.
