The laundry room with sink and Speed Queen washer/dryer is also located on this level.A play space on the third floor will also be available to guests, and includes a futon for an extra bed if needed. The office on the third floor will be locked for the owner's storage area (note: the owners actually live in this home most of the year -- this is not a full-time rental).
Beach chairs, toys, and a beach umbrella for your days over on Sullivan's Island will be available, along with towels and all linens. Just bring your clothes and favorite items to quickly settle in to enjoy Old Village living.
