Summary: The location was great — right in Miami Beach and at a very reasonable price. The place is an old house converted into small studios, not recently renovated but still quite comfortable overall. You can feel a bit of humidity, which is understandable for this kind of older building. What I didn’t like, though, is that the manager lives inside the property and constantly watches over what’s going on. Each time someone came in or spoke a little louder, she would appear to check who it was. It made me feel a bit watched, which is not what you expect when staying at a hotel.
