Affordable and spacious! Hear the ocean waves from this beautiful home. A short stroll to Easton’s/1st Beach and close to 2nd and 3rd beaches, this home, known as the Three Beaches Cottage, is a half mile to the famous Cliff Walk, and a little over a mile to popular Thames Street in Newport.
—> Only weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday) during the months of July and first three weeks of August. Off season is a two night minimum stay.

For your quiet enjoyment, this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, and we do not rent to groups under the age of 28. This home is for quiet enjoyment only, as it’s located in a residential neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance and authorities will be notified.
Three Beaches Cottage is perfect for wedding groups or multiple families. The design of the home allows for privacy & larger gatherings. Please note, the first floor is separate unit. Enjoy the large private, fenced in yard and private pool when you’re not frolicking in one of Newport’s breathtaking beaches. Entertain indoors or out w/large yard. Large outdoor hot shower a plus!
Parking in driveway up to 6 cars (off road/grass parking only).
We rent the house in its entirety and are unable to rent by individual unit.
Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day.
