This cozy two-bedroom cottage is part of the Chequessett Village Condo Association on Wellfleet's bayside. Only 0.2 mi to Powers Landing Beach and 0.3 mi to Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Harbor.
Light, bright and very clean, this single level cottage has an open living room/dining area and kitchen with a ceiling fan and skylight. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. There is a dinette and a full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a window air conditioner unit in the main living area.
The cottage has two bedrooms--one with a full bed and the other with a twin trundle (two twins). There is one bathroom with a shower stall. The total area is approximately 352 square feet.
Enjoy the exclusive use patio with outdoor furniture and gas grill. There is also a hammock on the side of the cottage.
There is a community clothesline, enclosed outdoor shower and washer/dryer on premise. One designated/marked parking space.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
