You’ll be comfortable in any fall weather with AC, a gas fireplace, both sun and shade in the many patio chairs, fresh linens and extra blankets. The small but efficient kitchen has plenty of fridge space and adequate cooking and dining supplies. Need to run a wash? Brand new washer and dryer are in the garage along with beach chairs and sand toys! Enjoy a shower in the added-on bathroom OR pop outside to use the private outdoor shower-a cape vacation MUST!
