Welcome to **LaValley Estates**, a private Catskills retreat set on 172 acres of open fields, forest, trails, ponds, and riverfront scenery. The property combines the comfort of a restored historic estate with the privacy and beauty of a large nature reserve, making it ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, retreats, celebrations, and intimate weddings.
Whether you are visiting for summer, fall foliage, or a peaceful winter escape, LaValley offers the space, privacy, and amenities to create a truly memorable stay.
We also offer **three seasonal glamping sites**, available from **May 1 through November 1**, for additional sleeping capacity and a unique outdoor experience.
The Space
The main estate house is a beautifully restored historic home with **8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms**, comfortably sleeping up to **24 guests**. For larger groups, additional accommodations may be available nearby, including **five 2-bedroom cabins**, each sleeping up to 6 guests, a clubhouse that can accommodate up to 26 guests, and seasonal luxury glamping options.

Sleeping Arrangements
The main house can be arranged as either 7 or 8 bedrooms, depending on your group’s needs. It sleeps up to 25 guests in st, with additional couches, folding beds with real mattresses, and folding mattresses available for larger groups.
We will coordinate the layout with you before arrival to make sure the setup works for your group.
