The luxuriously appointed living room reveals this vista, certain to take your breath away. In a subtly nautical theme, this room is outfitted in hues of blue, cream and red and features a game table for four, a U-shaped sofa, TV and sliding glass doors which open to the deck. Reminiscent of the deck of a yacht, there is outdoor seating for six, from which leads a semi-circular staircase down to the marina itself.
Up a few more stairs inside and you are on the level which features the gourmet-quality kitchen, with thick stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table for four and another view of Calibogue Sound, seen from a different angle altogether. A neighboring dining area seats six, and both rooms have a stunning view of Harbour Town.
Again, up a few more steps to the next level is a lovely bedroom, which could easily be considered a master, with natural light, high ceilings and a king-sized bed. This room has deck access as well, and a private bath with stone flooring, double vanity, walk-in shower and cottage planked walls.
